Schedule of Council & Committee Meetings Council meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month for Ordinary Council Meetings. Council and Committee meetings are open to the public who are welcome to sit in the public gallery. Meeting times for Committee and Council Meetings are advertised in The Mercury newspaper at the beginning of each month.
Members of the public may address a Council meeting on any subject of concern or interest to the municipality, except if a matter is listed on the Agenda which relates to a Planning matter.
Copies of relevant Committee and Council Agendas will be available for viewing at the Council Offices, 1 Tivoli Road, Gagebrook four days prior to the meetings, and may be accessed on this website under Council Documents (click here). Minutes of previous Committee and Council meetings can also be accessed from the same location.
Please Note - Heritage & Environment, Pontville and other Committee Meetings are scheduled periodically throughout the year.
