Council Agenda & Minutes

Council meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month for Ordinary Council Meetings. Council and Committee meetings are open to the public who are welcome to sit in the public gallery. Meeting times for Committee and Council Meetings are advertised in The Mercury newspaper at the beginning of each month.

Members of the public may address a Council meeting on any subject of concern or interest to the municipality.

Copies of relevant Committee and Council Agendas will be available for viewing at the Council Offices, Tivoli Road, Gagebrook four days prior to the meetings, and may be accessed below. Minutes of previous Committee and Council meetings for 2005 and 2006 are also found on this page.

The Agendas do not include any plans or attachments. These may be viewed at the Council Offices. A printed copy of the Agenda is available for viewing at the Council Offices, Gagebrook. Agendas are generally available 4 days before a meeting and Minutes one week after a meeting.
