Family Day Care

Brighton Family Day Care provides care for children up to 12 years in a safe, secure and stimulating home environment. The care is provided by self-employed Day Carers in their own homes, who are registered by the Brighton Family Day Care Scheme, according to strict government guidelines. Once a carer and the home have met all the criteria and become registered, the co-ordination unit staff closely monitors and supports the Carers.

After School Program

Brighton Primary School offer an after school program. The program offers safe, enjoyable care to children who need care after school hours and is co-ordinated by Mrs Sue Argee. This program offers a range of supervised, age-appropriate activities that encourage children to interact with their friends. It operates at Brighton School on school days between 3pm and 6pm and is available to school aged children from Prep to Grade 6.

Vacation Care Program

This program also operates and is run by the Brighton School and offers care to primary school aged during school holiday times. Some of the outdoor/ indoor activities that are on offer are games, craft, sport, drama, music, dance, reading, painting, cooking, science and excursions [movies, golf, ice skating, adventure parks, museums etc].
